Red Lantern DC was built on a simple idea — give the city a place where the night feels a little more electric.

Chef Pablo Catalán crafted the menu around bold, share-first plates with an Asian-inspired edge, made for a table that doesn’t want to stop ordering.

Behind the bar, CJ pours original cocktails you won’t find anywhere else — each one built in-house, drink by drink, to match the mood of the room.

Together, they set out to create more than a bar: a space with its own rhythm, where the food, the drinks, and the night all move as one.
